Shipping & Returns
We are currently working on a lead time of approximately 3 – 6 weeks, therefore all orders are processed within this period. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you when your order has been dispatched. All our products are sent via Hermes Parcel Shop (2-5 business days), where you can track your order. Tracking information will be provided.
If your order is your not going to be dispatched within the lead time provided, we will contact you in advance to confirm. Please note that on occasions, some delays may occur due to large orders or postal service issues.
We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for all products except wedding packages, which are charged at a flat rate of £9.95.
For international shipping rates, please email us prior to ordering for an estimated cost.
As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns. However, if your order is damaged or faulty, we will look to correct your order, or a replacement provided.
If you decide that you no longer require your order, please note that we will require notice within 48 hours of ordering. Please email us directly for a full refund.
